Tibullo was created by the designers Susani and Trimarchi for Metallia, a collection that aims to propose a material such as pewter in a new and original way, through the interpretation of different designers with particular sensitivity. This object bears the mark of continuous research on surfaces and their plastic rendering. Tibullo, indeed, is characterized by a fully worked surface and by a deliberately simple and explanatory shape. NUMA is a trademark of Serafino Zani, an Italian manufacturer specializing in steel kitchenware and tableware. NUMA is a project that reinterprets traditional materials for the production of modern day designs. The history of NUMA began in 1999, with a collection of objects in pewter. Over the following years, the NUMA project extended its research to include other traditional materials such as wood, Murano glass, ceramics, stone and other materials famously used by Italian artisans.
