Design and Fine Craftsmanship Delivered
At IMAESTRI, shipping charges are based on the value of the items you order. To make things as convenient as possible, IMAESTRI offers two delivery options: Standard and White Glove.
Standard Delivery offers basic inside delivery to the address provided. Standard Delivery does not include unpacking, assembly or removal of packing materials.
White Glove Delivery includes inside delivery, light assembly (up to 30 minutes) and placement in your room of choice, and removal of all packing materials. Due to size, weight or fragility, we recommend the use of White Glove service on certain items. White Glove Delivery does not include wall mounting, electrical or structural changes, removal of the previous items, or heavy assembly lasting more than 30 minutes. Deliveries requiring cranes or window removal are available, subject to additional charges. Saturday, Sunday and holiday deliveries are available for an additional charge. We require customer inspection of their delivery upon arrival, as well as signature upon receipt.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the value of the items of you order. This calculation is done by taking a percentage of the item value (depending on the preferred shipping method), with a maximum charge of $995 per item. Item values are taken before tax.

Delayed delivery service
If for some reason you cannot receive your delivery during a certain time period, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-476-3742 prior to ordering to discuss the options for delayed delivery. Delayed delivery requests made after an order has been placed can be accommodated for up to 30 days, however items stored for more than 30 days will be subject to a 10% storage fee.
