The 281 model, created in 1962, earned the moniker Acrilica for its remarkable use of acrylic, resulting in a significant curved shape. This contemporary piece exemplifies Italian design, transforming a fluorescent lamp enclosed within a painted steel base. The lamp's unique design transforms it into a work of kinetic art rather than a conventional lamp.
