Torii Coffee Table

Torii Coffee Table by Horm features a modern Italian design. Inspired by Eastern culture, Torii is the traditional Japanese gateway that leads to a Shinto shrine. The reinterpretation given by the designer, Zamberlan, consists in a new use of technical materials for a coffee table. Unvarnished hard metal and ceramic are employed to give to Torii its post-industrial look. The thin top of the table appears to be floating in the void. Available in different sizes and heights, Torii pieces can be combined in different combinations and overlapping.
