Pietro Ferruccio Laviani, born in Cremona in 1960, is a celebrated Italian designer and architect. A Politecnico di Milano graduate in 1986, mentored by Achille Castiglioni and Marco Zanuso, he founded his Milan Studio in 1991. Laviani, Art Director at Kartell since 1991, collaborates with iconic brands like Flos and De Padova. His diverse portfolio spans product and interior design, art direction, and graphics. Noteworthy exhibitions include "LAviani pLAstic Lamps" (2008) and "Peep O Rama. The Furniture Show" (2018). His creations adorn top design collections, and he's made significant contributions to museum acquisitions and curated exhibitions worldwide.
