Emmanuel Babled

Emmanuel Babled was born in France in 1967 and graduated with a degree in Industrial Design in 1989. In 1992 he set up Emmanuel Babled Studio and ever since he has been working as an independent designer. From 1995 until today, Babled has developed many glass and tableware items, limited editions and unique pieces for prestigious manufacturers. His pieces have been widely exhibited in international galleries and museums. He has also worked on industrial products, furniture and lighting. Since 2000 Emmanuel Babled has been collaborating with the Domus Academy, Milan, and the Eindhoven Design Academy, Eindhoven, Netherlands, as a visiting professor.
