Elio Garis

Elio was born in Vigone, Italy in 1954, where he still lives and works. After graduating from school, he began to paint and exhibited for the first time, in 1975, at the Floriana Gallery Cossato. In 1978 he founded the Mastro Mahel workshop, creating with various techniques and materials such as bronze, marble, cement, stainless steel, corten steel, cast iron and wood. His work has been featured at the Charlick and Piero Passet Gallery of London, and the Sixth Biennale “Scultura internazionale.”
