Christophe de la Fontaine

Christophe de la Fontaine was born in 1976 in Luxembourg where he graduated as sculptor from the Lycee des Arts et Metiers. From 1996 – 2002 he studied industrial design under Richard Sapper, at the Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart. After a journey in London, Milan and Munich he took over from 2003 until 2010 the design department at the studio of Patrizca Urquiola in Milan. Beside that, he worked independently and participated to numerous exhibitions in art and design. In 2010 he opened his own design office Christophe de la Fontaine Industrial Design.
