Benjamin Hubert

Benjamin Hubert (b. 1984) is an English industrial designer and founder of Layer, a London studio launched in 2015. Known for a holistic approach, Layer combines industrial design, interface design, engineering, and branding to create user-centered products. Hubert, a graduate of Loughborough University, drives problem-solving and social impact, dedicating 20% of Layer’s resources to nonprofits, such as Maggie’s cancer charity. Clients include Samsung, BMW, and Herman Miller, with projects like the Beosound Emerge speaker and Airbus’s Move seating.
