Antonia Astori

Antonia Astori co-founded Driade in 1968 with her brother Enrico and Adelaide Acerbi. Along with designing furniture, she coordinated projects, creating a unique network of furniture designs, exhibitions, and stores. Astori is known for her innovative containment systems Oikos I, Oikos II, and Pantos. She also designed individual pieces focused on the concept of living, including the Aforismi collection, the Sans Souci Collection, and later, the Virginia writing desk and Eileen bookcase.
