Aristotele was created by the designer Giovanni Levanti for Metallia, a collection that aims to propose a material such as pewter in a new and original way, through the interpretation of different designers with particular sensitivity. Artistotle takes inspiration from the image of an overturned glass from whose stem a flower comes out. A small object that makes you smile and surprises for how reality can show unexpected meanings. NUMA is a project that reinterprets traditional materials for the production of modern day designs. The history of NUMA began in 1999, with a collection of objects in pewter. Over the following years, the NUMA project extended its research to include other traditional materials such as wood, Murano glass, ceramics, stone and other materials famously used by Italian artisans.
