Imbrex 10 Tiles Set by Lithea. Imbrex pays homage to the tiled roofs that grace the landscapes of southern villages. This project embraces one of the Mediterranean architecture's defining elements. The name "Imbrex" harks back to the tiles employed by ancient Greeks and Romans. Carved from stone through low-relief techniques, small semi-cylindrical tiles form a three-dimensional texture marked by an orthogonal grid pattern. This versatile design serves as shelving, whether arranged vertically or horizontally, providing a functional yet aesthetic space for books and objects. Imbrex seamlessly blends tradition and modernity in a nod to timeless architectural elements.
